Gang Enforcement Team Investigating a Shooting in Southeast Portland’s Glenfair Neighborhood

On Saturday September 20, 2014, at 7:34 p.m., East Precinct and Gang Enforcement Team officers responded to the area of Southeast 160th Avenue and East Burnside Street on the report of a shooting.

Officers and medical personnel arrived in the area and located the male adult victim suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim, a known gang associate, refused to provide police with any details about the shooting and was transported to a Portland hospital for treatment.

Officers are in the neighborhood working to locate a crime scene.
